Cypress Bend Condominium VI Association is one of seven different associations within the Cypress Bend neighborhood.
Our Association represents the following addresses:

A SIRS report, or Structural Integrity Reserve Study, is a required assessment for Florida condominium associations with buildings three or more stories high. It identifies the structural components of the building, assesses their remaining useful life, and determines the reserve funds needed for future maintenance, repairs, and replacements. The report also includes a reserve funding schedule that recommends annual reserve amounts to cover the estimated costs.

ZELLE Payments:
The Association can now accept ZELLE Payments. If you use ZELLE Payments, you must add a $15.00 transfer fee to each payment. You will need to set up a ZELLE account at your bank. The payment will be sent to the following Association email address to make the payment:  cypressbendvi@outlook.com
